Sister Cities Association of Virginia Beach has arranged an international cultural gala to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of City of Virgina Beach. This cultural event has taken place at Sandler Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday, Sept 21, 2013 at Virginia Beach.
One of the “International Sister Cities” of Virginia beach is City of Moss from Norway. For the occasion VOCALIS the Norwegian Choir from Moss visited Virginia Beach and had a performance in front of the Norwegian Lady at the beach on 19 September 2013
